This Privacy Policy explains how DUAL Kurumsal Çözümler Tesis Yönetimi Gıda ve Temizlik Hizmetleri LTD.ŞTİ (“DUAL”) handles information when you visit dualturkiye.com and contact us through it.

What we collect

The website has no accounts and no form that sends data to a server. What you enter in the quote form is not sent to or stored on our servers; your browser turns it into a ready WhatsApp message and you choose whether to send it.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use what you share, such as your name, organisation, phone number, email address, facility details and request, to answer your request.

A cookieless, anonymous counter keeps the site’s visit statistics: it records the page viewed, the referring site, the device type and the country, and counts clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email links without linking them to a person. Your IP address is not stored; visitors are told apart only within the same day by an irreversible digest that changes every day.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. Our hosting provider may process the technical access logs the website needs to run. WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply to WhatsApp conversations, and Google’s terms apply to the map on the contact page.

Retention and security

We keep request correspondence for as long as your request and our legal obligations require. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, and the site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, and only to the extent you share it: identity (name), contact (phone number, email address) and customer transaction data (organisation, facility details, request and correspondence). The website’s quote form does not store your data on a server.

Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: processing directly related to establishing or performing a contract (c), compliance with the controller’s legal obligations (ç), and the controller’s legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).

Transfers

Your data may be transferred to competent public authorities where the law requires, limited to the purposes above. WhatsApp conversations that you start are carried over WhatsApp’s infrastructure.

Your data is collected when you send it to us through electronic channels such as WhatsApp, phone and email.

Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
